Whenever I’m starting a new creative project, I always start with a visual moodboard. You can create physical moodboards or Pinterest always does the trick (I’m a total Pinterest addict!… aren’t we all?). The most important thing for me is to map out my ideas in a visual way to get a better image of what I want to do, and to weed out the ideas that might be cute, that don’t fit quite right. Plus it’s just kinda fun, right?
When I began shaping my vision of what I wanted Pepper B. to become, I had a million ideas, so creating a moodboard helped me pare it down to a more unified thought. I’m sure it’ll keep changing and evolving over time, but I gotta say, every time I look at it, it makes me a happy girl!
